    Bought two packs of weight management supplement specifically for the purpose of reducing my weight. Have just tried it for a week now. It looks like it helped with constipation problem but I am not so sure how long it will take to help to reduce weight and how much weight it can reduce. For now, my weight remains the same. If you are only looking for something to help with bowel movement, there are many other much cheaper options.
