Yarrow

Is a flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It has an affinity to the circulation and can help move congested blood which, in turn, helps the liver. It also has the ability to tone and heal the mucus membranes of the digestive tract. It was also used as an old traditional remedy for bloody diarrhoea and dysentery.
